chilly pieces and blend well.</span></li>

paste.</span></li>

moongdal paste and mix well.</span></li>

minutes now make small balls from paste and keep in kadai and fry till the
balls turn into golden brown color.</span></li>

methi seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilly pieces and allow to fry
till onions are nicely fried</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">After onions got fried add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli
powder.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">Add chopped tomatoes and close the lid for 2 mins after
that add tamarind juice as required per taste.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">Now let it cook for 3-8 mins after the tamarind juice
becomes little viscous now add the above prepared punugulu and cook it for few
minutes.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">Now add 1 spoon sugar to it and finally add coriander
pieces and close the lid for another 5 mins.</span></li>

pan add red chillies, pepper corns, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, eliachi, cloves,
cinnamon fry for 2 mins without adding oil.</span></li>

2 mins off the stove and let them cool and blend into fine powder.</span></li>

take a deep kadai add 3 tbspn oil , fry onions till golden brown colour then
add the blended spice powder stir well.</span></li>

tomato puree, close the lid for 5 -10 mins and fry till all the raw smell goes
out from puree.</span></li>

paneer cubes and fry till golden brown color.</span></li>

them out.</span></li>
<li><span style="background: white; font-size: 12pt;">In the remaining left oil add tomato puree
chilly pieces ginger garlic paste ginger pieces coriander, chilly powder,
turmeric powder, salt</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span><span style="background: white; font-size: 12pt;">and fry till
all the raw smell goes from the puree.</span></li>

oil gets heated now slowly add the stuffed brinjals into kadai.</span></li>

brinjals in kadai to get gravy.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">Close the Kadai lid for 5- 6 mins on medium flame and
after 2 mins open the lid. Add 1/4 cup water and close the lid back.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">After 5 mins roll the brinjals on the back side and
repeat the same procedure for 2 more minutes.</span></li>

Brinjal and consistency of the Gravy cook up to your choice and off the stove.</span></li>
