When i start saying this dish name everyone starts mouth watering, that is vegetable Manchuria. One of the favourite and best of indo chinese Recipe. Here is the easy procedure to make this recipe try and enjoy the real taste of Vegetable Manchuria as restaurant style. Step By Step procedure of Veg Manchurian Recipe is described below.

Ingredients for Veg Manchurian Balls:
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tbspn corn flour
- 3/4 cup carrot grated
- 3/4 cup cabbage grated
- 1 capsicum chopped into small pieces
- 3 tbspn spring onions chopped into pieces
- Green chillies 2 chopped into small pieces
- Pepper corn powder 1 tspn
- 1 tbspn soya sauce
- 1 tbspn chilli sauce
- 2 tbspn tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup capsicum cut into cube dices
- 1/2 cup onions chopped into dices
- Ginger pieces finely chopped-2
- Garlic pieces finely chopped-4
- 2 green chillies cut as slices horizontally
Procedure to Make Veg Manchurian Balls:
- Take a bowl add carrot grated, cabbage grated, capsicum pieces, green chilly pieces, spring onion pieces, one tbspn oil, pepper powder 1/2 tspn ,salt, all purpose flour, corn flour and mix well, make into small balls without adding water .
- If mixture is not tending to make balls then add little water and make balls.
- Now take a deep pan add oil into it and fry these balls till golden brown colour and keep a side on tissue paper.
Procedure for sauce saute:
- Take a pan add 2 tbspn oil and add capsicum dices, onion dices, ginger flakes, garlic flakes and fry till they become little soft.
- Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, green chillies, pepper 1/4 tspn,3 spoons of water.
- Now stir completely and add Manchurian balls fried into this sauce and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Now off the stove and serve hot.
- Do not add water while preparing balls the water from vegetables would be pretty enough to prepare balls
- if they were not tending to make balls then just slightly dip hand in water and try making balls.
