Ingredients:

Prawns
500 Grams (Freshly Cleaned)
Oil
3 Table Spoons
Onions
2 (Chopped)
Green Chillies

Ginger Garlic Paste
1Table Spoon
Garam Masala Powder
1/4 Table Spoon
Cumin Seeds Powder
1/2 Table Spoon
Coriander Powder  
1/2 Table Spoon
Turmeric Powder
1/3 Table Spoon
Tomato
1 (Medium Sized)
Chilli Powder
2 Table Spoons
Salt
2 Spoons
Curry Leaves
Handful
Coriander Leaves
Just for garnishing


Procedure to make Royyala Iguru Recipe / Prawns Curry / Royyala Vepudu :
>> Take Fresh Prawns in a Bowl and Wash them thoroughly with vinegar
>> Now Add 2-3 Table Spoons of Oil in a vessel and heat it
>> Add Finely Chopped Onions, Green Chillies and Curry Leaves and heat them on              medium flame until onion colour changes to golden colour.
>> Now Add Tomatoes, Ginger Garlic Paste and Fry them for 3 Minutes
>> Add Turmeric, Cumin seeds, Coriander and Chill Powder.
>> Mix Well and let them heat on a medium flame for 5 Minutes
>> Now add Freshly Cleaned Prawns, Salt to the Mixture and mix them well
>> After Heating for 5 Minutes, Add One Cup of Water covered with a Lid and heat the mixture for 5-10 Minutes on Medium Flame.
>> Add Garam Masala Powder and Turn off the Heat.
>> After turning off the heat, now garnish the spicy prawns Curry with coriander Leaves.
Now Serve Hot with Steamed White Rice/Roti’s
