- Oil – 1 Tbsp
- Garlic – 1 tsp
- Ginger – 1 tsp (grated)
- Onion – 1 small
- Carrots – 1/2 cup
- Green Beans – 1/4 cup
- Cabbage: 1/4 cup
- Cream Style Corn
- Black Pepper
- Vegetable stock – 3 cups
- Corn Starch – 2 tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Green Onions – 2
Creamy Vegetable Sweet Corn Soup Recipe Preparation Procedure:
- Take a pan and add 1 tbsp of Oil. Add the chopped ginger & garlic when the oil gets moderately hot.
- Add few onions and fry up for few seconds.
- Add Carrots, Green Beans & cabbage and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Cream Style corn and give it a good mix.
- Now the vegetables have to be added and then 1 tbsp vinegar.
- Now stir it up nice and boil.
- After boiling you can see a kind of foaming on the top. Remove it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add salt as per taste and pepper too.
- Mix up some water with the corn starch. If you don’t want it to be thick, don’t add too much. Now just mix and cook for another 1 or 2 minutes.
- Use Green Onions for garnishing. The Vegetable Sweet Corn Soup is ready.
- Serve Hot with chili vinegar and soya sauce.
